There is so much to love about my home town of Tucson, AZ! Having lived here since the 1970s, except for when I was away at school and starting my career, I can say that I have watched rural become suburban and seen this population grow as more and more individuals came to love the culture, scenery, people, and spirit of Tucson. Those who live here know that this community is interconnected in many ways, and Tucson really is still a “small” town in the friendliness and welcoming spirit we display.
I attended the University of Arizona for my undergraduate education and am very familiar with the property and history of that area of town. As a practicing physician, I still am connected to the U of A and mentor medical students 2 days per week. I have worked at other health facilities in the area and know travel patterns getting to and from various hospitals in town. I grew up on horse property acreage and have had every kind of utilities you can imagine in Tucson: well water, septic systems, propane tanks, solar energy….. you name it, I have lived with and owned it all. I feel this makes me uniquely qualified to speak on properties that some other realtors are not as familiar with.
When I am asked why I am a real estate agent the answer is simple: I thrive in situations where I am able to be of assistance to others. I started my interest in real estate 20 years ago when I purchased my first home, and sold it for profit. I now own multiple rental properties across Tucson and enjoy investing in real estate. I also feel that finding the perfect home or a perfect buyer for a home a client loves is an opportunity to help people in a different way than I have previously. I enjoy understanding the needs of each individual client and working with them to put their needs first and allowing them to find the direction that is right for them. No matter what is going on in my world, I devote time and understanding to all that I do. It would be my pleasure to work for you!
